Government Technology Systems (GTS) was founded to support the data processing needs for governmental agencies. Our mission is to improve the data transfer process between public and private entities as well as the technical infrastructure to make that happen. We pride ourselves in the ability to deliver leading edge technology solutions for government agencies, businesses and the public.

GTS has assembled a fantastic team of experienced professionals who are committed to creating the latest and most efficient systems for foreclosure processing. Our members possess several decades of combined experience in computer systems.

Will Gosnell, Director
Will brings over ten years of experience in the software industry, specializing in real estate applications and services. He is an MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer), MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) and an NACSE certified Web Master, specializing in C# and .NET. Will has been with GTS since it's initial conception, developing the original code for GTSData in 2004. Serving as GTS's Director, Will saw the software through its early development and continued improvement, facilitating the success of GTSData that has since led to the growth of the organization from a six person team to a now twenty-two employee company.
